Your Express Card is a VISA check card; it looks and is accepted like a VISA credit card, but the charges are deducted like a check. Your Express card also can be used to withdraw money from your KPOCU accounts at ATM locations worldwide. You can use your Express Card to make withdrawals anywhere you see the following logos:
To avoid any fees when using your KPOCU Express Debt Card at the ATM look for a machine that has the MoneyPass and Easystreet logos. The Easystreet and MoneyPass logo will insure that you are not charged a surcharge at the machine by the institution that owns the machine and will insure that you are not charged a non-local network fee by the Credit Union. For an ATM near you, visit the Easy Street listings or MoneyPass locator.
When using your Express Debt Card at grocery stores, gas stations or other merchants that allow you to swipe your own card for an authorization, select CREDIT as the payment type. Merchants will accept your Express Debt Card as a credit card even though the transaction posts to your checking account. Your checking account number is encoded on the card so that the amount of purchase will be deducted from your account at KPOCU. You may also select DEBIT at any merchant that displays the Pulse logo; however, because this type of transaction posts as an ATM withdrawal, you may be subject to a foreign transaction fee imposed by the credit union.

PIN Now allows you to create your own PIN number for your KPOCU Express Debit card. Just call 866-985-2273 from your home phone and follow the instructions.
